My wife and I and our 14 year old experienced a workout in their new St. Louis Park facility! Sam and Tyler did an... exceptional job! Amazing facility and professional service! 4 1/2 years ago, I was working with a personal trainer for 50 minutes 3 times a week. I started to dread going and... couldn't wait for the 50 minutes to expire. Then I heard about Discover Strength and decided to give it a shot. My 30 minute introductory workout was way more intense than the 50 minute workout I was doing. I was slightly skeptical that 30 minutes 2 times a week would cut it but now, 4 1/2 years later, I'm still going strong and other than needing to drop a few pounds, I'm in the best shape of my life. What's remarkable is that I'm still improving and increasing weights on most machines after all this time. Maybe soon I'll be able to bench press a Volkswagon!! 😉read more

I have been going to Discover Strength for over two years. The trainers are very personable and know how to help you... achieve your goals. I spend less time and have made more gains than I have with any other program. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. The results speak for themselves. I feel better, have more stamina and look and feel younger.read more
