Be part of a groundbreaking strength training study with Discover Strength.
Discover Strength is launching a 12-week, nationwide study on the effect of the number of sets on muscle growth and strength.
We’re inviting 200 clients across the country to help us find out. As a participant, you'll receive expert 1-on-1 coaching, tracked results, and be part of shaping the future of evidence-based resistance training. This study is limited to 10 participants per location, so act fast!
What You Get:
36 1-on-1 training sessions over 12 weeks.
Measurements and data tracking, including circumference and skin fold changes.
Total Package Price of $1840 includes:
36 1-on-1 sessions priced at $50 each.
This is a $450 savings exclusively available to Project Discover participants.
Two tests
You’ll complete two measurement sessions—including skin fold and arm/thigh circumference testing—for just $20 each. (Your Exercise Physiologist will help you schedule these.)
Start anytime between July 8th through Sept 1st.
Your Commitment
3 sessions/week for 12 weeks (either 30 or 45 minutes, based on randomized group).
Must complete at least 33 of 36 sessions.
Keep your nutrition and supplement habits consistent (no new diets or regimens).
Minimum of 6 months of strength training experience required.
