Be part of a ground-breaking strength training study with Discover Strength.

Discover Strength is launching a 12-week, nationwide study to answer one of the most debated questions in exercise science: How much training volume is actually necessary?

We’re inviting 200 clients across the country to help us find out. As a participant, you'll receive expert coaching, tracked results, and be part of shaping the future of evidence-based resistance training. This study is limited to up to 10 participants per location, so act fast!

What You Get

  • 36 private, 1-on-1 training sessions over 12 weeks

  • Personalized measurements and data tracking: Including body mass, circumference, and skinfold changes

  • Professional supervision and coaching every step of the way

  • Start anytime between July 8th through Sept 1st

Your Commitment

  • 3 sessions/week for 12 weeks (either 30 or 45 minutes, based on randomized group)

  • Must complete at least 33 of 36 sessions

  • Keep your nutrition and supplement habits consistent (no new diets or regimens)

  • Minimum of 6 months prior strength training experience required

      • This is a $450 program savings exclusively available to Project Discover participants.

    • Two tests

      • You’ll complete two professional measurement sessions—including skin fold and arm/thigh circumference testing—for just $15 each. (Your Exercise Physiologist will help you schedule these.)
