What I Want (Need) From My Next Workout
I have a workout scheduled for later today. I’m really looking forward to it. I need it. I’m craving the workout for slightly different reasons today than on some other days.
I want to be pushed to physical exhaustion as a way to de-stress.
I want to connect with, be coached by, and put trust in my fellow DS colleague who will be taking me through my workout.
I want to be encouraged.
I want that end-of-workout feeling that, no matter how the day is going and no matter how the workout went, I feel at least 10% better. I’ve never walked out of a workout not feeling at least a little bit better.
I want to do something I love with people I really care about.
