There are not enough words to describe the level of respect and praise I have for Discover Strength! They have done so... much for me and helped me achieve and even surpass my fitness goals! Workouts are efficient. I can see improvement each time. Strength workouts are also a great stress reliever.

Discover Strength is not a gym, it is an exercise experience. This is where you go if you are interested in evidence... based fitness, trainers who have a deep level of understanding, who customize your workouts, monitor your progress and watch your form to prevent injuries. The customer service is exceptional besides. I cannot recommend DS highly enough.read more

I love working out at Discover Strength! The trainers are professional and knowledgeable! Everyone greets you and... cheers you on. The trainers clean the machines before you use them. Everyone wears a mask so I feel safe working out there.read more

No, this is no gym that used to be a supermarket.. this is evidence-based training, carefully crafted to maximize your... time, prevent injury, and get proven results. Individual training sessions with professionally educated trainers make all the difference, whether they’re doing 1:1 sessions at a DS studio, or (as we have been doing since March) virtual video training over the phone. If you can accept a challenge, DS trainers will customize it to your needs and abilities. They are fantastic!read more
