Need to cancel your workout?

If you need to cancel your appointment the day of, we ask that you reschedule the appointment within the next 24 hours to avoid being charged 50% of your missed session. We understand that life gets busy. We are committed to being the best fitness option for busy people. We want you to use every session you purchase so you will not lose that session if you cannot make it. In the event that you are unable to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of canceling, a 50% late cancellation fee will be applied to your account.

How Does Scheduling Work?

Scheduling your workout is simple! Use the scheduling calendar above to choose an appointment type and location. We make scheduling even more efficient for you by being able to work with ANY of our trainers. Our trainers take detailed notes about you, your workout, your goals, potential injuries so that if you work with a different person, they will be able to pick up right where you left off with the last person. We want you to schedule when its convenient for you, not when its convenient for one particular trainer. 

What hours are we open?

We are open from 5:30 am-8:00 pm Monday-Friday at all of our locations. We are also open on the weekends from 7:30 am-3:00 pm. You can see specific location hours here

Do I train with one trainer?

We want you to train when it is convenient for YOU, not for a particular trainer’s schedule. We encourage you to train with any of our trainers. How our model works is all of our trainers are educated on the same methodology so whoever you work with, you will be experiencing a Discover Strength workout. We take detailed notes about you, your workout, your goals, and potential injuries so if you work with different trainers, they will be able to pick up right where the last one left off.

Do I need to make my own group?

No, you do not! We have Group times all throughout the day at all of our locations. You don’t need to know anyone in your small Group and you definitely don’t need to find people to join it with you.

Do I do the same workout every time?

When you start training at Discover Strength we will write you a workout routine based on your goals. You will rotate between two workouts for 20 workouts before we write you a new routine. So no, you do not do the same routine every time you do a workout but we want to repeat the same workout enough where we can show you your strength progress over time.

Is it better to workout in the morning, afternoon, or evening?

That is completely up to you! There is no research to indicate what time of day is best for a workout.

How does autopay work?

Our Autopay Program is a month to month program where your sessions are automatically purchased every month. There are no initiation fees or cancellation fees. Sessions are active for 90 days from the purchase date. This is at a discounted rate from our one-off session price.
