You CAN use your current autopay sessions (1-on-1 or Group) and we will credit or debit your account the difference in pricing from your already purchased sessions (Virtual 1-on-1s are $39).

- You will schedule your session online here. Select any location. Then, selection Virtual Training. Then select Virtual Free Introductory Workout.
- The trainer you are working with will send you a Google Meet invitation.
- Download the app to your device:
- Link to android app download
- Download “Hangouts Meet by Google” to your iPhone from the app store on your device.
- All you need is your smartphone/tablet/or computer with a camera. The trainer needs to be able to see you (simply, prop the phone 8-15 feet away from you).
- From there, the trainer will coach you through a supervised, full-body workout. They will document your entire workout to track progress and give feedback.
- Whether you have no equipment, a few pieces at home, or a full home gym, we will make sure you will get an incredible workout.
