Dr. Phillips is a senior lecturer at McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada. He is widely regarded as one of the preeminent researchers in the world on protein.
We discuss things such as bioavailability and contribution to muscle protein synthesis (MPS), and what are the best non-animal protein sources to optimize muscle and strength gain in conjunction with proper resistance training.
