We discuss what the research says about intensity. Arguably the most important controllable variable in your resistance training workouts. However, this important factor can vary depending on where you are in your training career and where you are personally, emotionally and physically on any given day. At Discover Strength we want to always tailor the intensity to the client in front of us. It’s about providing the most effort you can possibly muster, not what any other client is capable of. It’s a genuinely customized workout, specific to the client at hand. One Set, One Rep, and One Client at a time.
