Dr. Gibala is a Senior Professor of Kinesiology at McMaster, and one of the world’s foremost experts on High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.). His research starting in the early 2000’s has helped inspire and lead the way for numerous other authors to publish thousands of papers on the topic of Interval Training.
