WHAT TO EXPECT during your virtual introductory Workout

  1. You will receive an email from your Trainer with all of the resources you will need for your upcoming workout
  2. On the day of your workout, simply click the link your trainer had sent to you previously and you will do a technology assessment to make sure everything is working for both of you.
  3. Your Personal Trainer will then ask you some questions to learn more about you, your goals, and your motivations.
  4. Experience a full-body, evidence-based workout virtually with a personal trainer.
  5. After the workout, your trainer will go over how you can continue to work with us and answer any questions you may have.
