We like to introduce new clients to Discover Strength with a free Introductory Workout. This allows you to experience what an evidence-based strength training workout feels like. From there you can decide if Discover Strength is a good fit for you. Here is what you will experience during your Introductory Workout.

  1. Introduced to your Personal Trainer that you will be working with.
  2. A short tour of the training studio.
  3. Your Personal Trainer will then ask you some questions to learn more about you, your goals and motivations.
  4. Experience a full-body evidence-based workout.
  5. After the workout, your trainer will go over how you can continue to work with us and answer any questions you may have.
