Schedule your Free Introductory Workout

We will help you look and feel your best in a fraction of the time.

Here is how it works:

 

1. Below, select the appointment type.

Please choose if you would like to do your Introductory Workout with us in the studio or virtually. 

*Edina is our 500 square foot studio where you will be the ONLY person in the studio other than the trainer. 

2. Select the location to perform your Introductory Workout. 

If you are doing a Virtual Introductory Workout, choose the “virtual” location.

 

3. Select a time that works best for you.

Select your time and complete your profile. Voila! You will receive a confirmation email for your upcoming workout. From there, you will also receive a personalized email from your trainer to help you be more prepared for your upcoming workout.

Masks are required to be worn in the studio at all times.

What are the Covid- 19 Procedures?

Our Trainers are:

  • Not greeting with a handshake.
  • Wiping down all machines and sears before every exercise.
  • Washing hands between every client.
  • Wearing masks during your workout.
  • Making sure all clients are 12 ft apart from one another.
  • Taking their own temperature before their shift starts.

We ask that you:

  • Please wash your hands or use sanitizer when you arrive.
  • If you need hand sanitizer during your workout, your trainer will have it ready for you to use.
  • If you are feeling sick, please stay home and you can do a Virtual Workout.
  • A mask is required inside at all times.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR IN PERSON INTRODUCTORY WORKOUT

  1. Introduced to your Personal Trainer that you will be working with.
  2. A short tour of the training studio.
  3. Your Personal Trainer will then ask you some questions to learn more about you, your goals, and your motivations.
  4. Experience a full-body evidence-based workout.
  5. After the workout, your trainer will go over how you can continue to work with us and answer any questions you may have.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VIRTUAL INTRODUCTORY WORKOUT 

  1. You will receive an email from your Trainer with all of the resources you will need for your upcoming workout
  2. On the day of your workout, simply click the link your trainer had sent to you previously and you will do a technology assessment to make sure everything is working for the both of you.
  3. Your Personal Trainer will then ask you some questions to learn more about you, your goals, and your motivations.
  4. Experience a full-body evidence-based workout.
  5. After the workout, your trainer will go over how you can continue to work with us and answer any questions you may have.
