3. We will contact you to schedule your Introductory Workout!
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR in person INTRODUCTORY WORKOUT
- Introduced to your Personal Trainer that you will be working with.
- A short tour of the training studio.
- Your Personal Trainer will then ask you some questions to learn more about you, your goals, and your motivations.
- Experience a full-body evidence-based workout.
- After the workout, your trainer will go over how you can continue to work with us and answer any questions you may have.
WHAT TO EXPECT during your virtual introductory Workout
- You will receive an email from your Trainer with all of the resources you will need for your upcoming workout
- On the day of your workout, simply click the link your trainer had sent to you previously and you will do a technology assessment to make sure everything is working for the both of you.
- Your Personal Trainer will then ask you some questions to learn more about you, your goals, and your motivations.
- Experience a full-body evidence-based workout.
- After the workout, your trainer will go over how you can continue to work with us and answer any questions you may have.
