What are the Covid-19 Procedures?

Our Trainers are:

  • Not greeting with a handshake.
  • Sanitizing all machine handles and seatbelts before every exercise.
  • Washing hands between every client.
  • Wearing masks during your workout.
  • Making sure all clients are 12 ft apart from one another.
  • Taking their own temperature before their shift starts.

We ask that you:

  • Please wash your hands or use sanitizer when you arrive.
  • If you need hand sanitizer during your workout, your trainer will have it ready for you to use.
  • If you are feeling sick, please stay home and you can do a Virtual Workout.
  • Masks are required at all times inside. 
Is there a cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment the day of, we ask that you reschedule the appointment within the next 24 hours to avoid being charged 50% of your missed session. We understand that life gets busy. We are committed to being the best fitness option for busy people. We want you to use every session you purchase so you will not lose that session if you cannot make it. In the event that you are unable to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of canceling, a 50% late cancellation fee will be applied to your account. 

What do I need for my virtual workout?

We use Google Hangout for our virtual sessions. The trainer you are working with will send you a Google Meet invitation. If you plan to use your phone for your workouts, download the Google Hangouts app to your device.

The trainer needs to be able to see you (simply, prop the phone 8-15 feet away from you). Be prepared to move the camera so the trainer can see your full body at all times.

At a minimum, we recommend a 6×5 ft space for your workout (free of pets if possible). If you have equipment, please have that within an arms reach. We also recommend you wear shoes if able, to avoid slipping.

Having an adjustable phone/tablet holder makes transitioning between exercises to get the right angle easier. We suggest getting an adjustable stand for your phone or tablet, if that is what you are using for your workouts! Here is a great option for under $60.

Another great option to avoid having to move your camera all the time is to buy a wide angle clip to go over the lens of your computer, phone, or tablet. Here is a great option for $39.99.

How do I look at my schedule?

Simply click the Login|Register button on the bottom on this page. Sign in, and you will be able to see your schedule as well as your account details.

How does Health Insurance Reimbursement work?
Online Enrollment – Enroll yourself online with a unique email address at NIHCArewards.org. You will need your Fitness Center Barcode (ID), insurance card, and banking information when enrolling for the program. 

The reimbursement will depend on your insurance plan and if you complete the minimum number of visits for your plan in the month. Some insurance plans do include Virtual Training!

I didn’t use all of my sessions this month, now what?

Don’t worry! Your sessions have a lifespan of 90 days. We will use the oldest sessions first, before we use the sessions from your most recent autopay.
