Do you have a question?
What do I need for my virtual workout?
At a minimum, we recommend a 6×5 ft space for your workout (free of pets if possible). If you have equipment, please have that within an arms reach. We also recommend you wear shoes if able, to avoid slipping.
If you are looking for some basic equipment to enhance your workouts check out our equipment list! ($157-$280 for everything).
Having an adjustable phone/tablet holder makes transitioning between exercises to get the right angle easier. We suggest getting an adjustable stand for your phone or tablet, if that is what you are using for your workouts! Here is a great option for under $60.
Another great option to avoid having to move your camera all the time is to buy a wide angle clip to go over the lens of your computer, phone, or tablet. Here is a great option for $39.99.
What do I need to know about the technology used for virtual workouts?
We use Google Hangout for our virtual sessions. The trainer you are working with will send you a Google Meet invitation. If you plan to use your phone for your workouts, download the Google Hangouts app to your device.
The trainer needs to be able to see you (simply, prop the phone 8-15 feet away from you). Be prepared to move the camera so the trainer can see your full body at all times.
Should I wear headphones during my virtual workout?
We’ve found that wearing headphones so you can hear your coaching more clearly from across the room is really helpful! Here are a few suggestions:
How do I look at my schedule?
Simply click the Login|Register button on the bottom on this page. Sign in, and you will be able to see your schedule as well as your account details.
I hurt my hand, can I still train?
Our expert trainers are masters in making modifications to your workouts. You can still get a full body workout, even if some part of your body is bothering you. Please be sure to communicate this to your trainer, and we will take care of the rest.
I bought or received a gift card from you, how do I redeem this?

I didn’t use all of my sessions this month, now what?
Don’t worry! Your sessions have a lifespan of 90 days. We will use the oldest sessions first, before we use the sessions from your most recent autopay.
