What We Offer You:

Each service will operate on an appointment basis and involve the following selections:

1-on-1:

A 30 minute one-on-one strength training session emphasizing your personal needs and giving you the highest level of attention and service. ($49 per session)

Group:

One instructor coaching up to three individuals through a 30-45 minute, structured, total body strength session ($25 per session).

1-on-1 Cardio:

A 30 minute one-on-one conditioning session performed on a state of the art Woodway Treadmill. ($25 per session)

Saturday Morning Group Interval Workouts:

This is a tremendous opportunity to add some challenging cardio to your weekly routine. Workouts are tailored to your current fitness level/comfort level. The location of these workouts changes from month to month. Contact Discover Strength for more information 763.546.1628. ($15 per session)

Core Spinal Fitness System:

In less than 20 minutes per day, twice a week, you may prevent or eliminate back pain for the rest of your life.
