Each service will operate on an appointment basis and involve the following selections:
PersonalStrength
A 30 minute one-on-one strength training session emphasizing your personal needs and giving you the highest level of attention and service. ($40 per session)
PersonalizedStrength
One instructor coaching up to four individuals through a 30-45 minute, structured, total body strength session ($25 per session).
